In the case of refund or exchange, delivery costs are to be carried by the customer. However, in the case of the product needing repairs, delivery costs will be incurred by us at UpNext.

Each of Upnext’s bags and accessories are unique! It’s important to note that none of our products look 100% alike. Some of the products in each collection are reproduced from the same recycled/upcycled plastic sheet, but each of them is one of a kind given that they are all made by hand.
